Herbal Tea Tasting and Making: Thursday 27th June – 6.30-8pm

Join Lucy Clare, Naturopathic Herbalist, for an evening exploring the many gifts of herbal medicine. Sampling a range of herbal teas together with the opportunity to make and take home your individual unique blend.

Delve a little deeper into the therapeutic benefits of delicious herbal teas, extending your experience from the familiar chamomile or peppermint infusion to the delicate blend of rose, lavender, lemon balm and oat straw, along with many other familiar garden and hedgerow herbs.

During the evening, Lucy will weave together her knowledge and experience of herbal medicine, teaching us how to dry and store garden herbs and explaining how to incorporate them into our delicious seasonal dishes and herbal remedies.

You’ll have time to create your own herbal tea blend to take away with you, offering you the soothing benefits to enjoy during the following weeks.
