Your visit to The Centre

Our aim is to offer a wide range of complementary therapies delivered by experienced and effective practitioners who have been selected for their skill and integrity. All practitioners are insured and members of relevant professional bodies, where appropriate, and undertaking regular continued professional development.

We work together as a team and may liaise with and consult each other, when necessary and with your express consent, to ensure treatment is tailored to your needs.

Location

The Centre is on the ground floor, fully accessible, with a ramp at the entrance and to the toilets. We have very limited parking on site for disabled, mobility impaired and parents of multiple babies. Do ask for further information.

Parking

There is limited free parking for up to an hour on Dragon Street and Hylton Road. Nearest paid car parks are Tesco (top end is usually very empty and you can cut through on foot to Dragon Street), Festival Hall and M&S (1 hour only, but free after 4pm).

We have very limited parking on site for disabled, mobility impaired and parents of multiple babies. Do ask for further information.

Payment

We can accept payment by cheque, cash, card or direct to practitioners. Payment is due on the day of the appointment. Please note that payment by card needs to be in person.

Prams, buggies and rollators

We are ground floor and fully accessible so please feel free to bring your buggy, pram or rollator with you.

Facilities

We have two toilets available for use of clients, one of which is also a disabled toilet and has a baby changing unit.

Children

You will get more out of your appointment if you can attend without your child or children. If you do bring them, they will need to be with you and under your supervision at all times, including in the treatment room as reception staff cannot mind your children.

If the appointment is for your child, it is also easier for you, the child and the practitioner if they can focus on you and your child in their appointment so we request that, wherever possible, other children do not attend with you.

Cancellation policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment, and at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will usually be charged for, at the discretion of the practitioner.

If you do not attend an appointment you have booked, you will be charged the full fee due.

Insurance

We are happy to provide you with written receipts for you to claim back on any insurance policy you may have but please be aware that all appointments need to be paid for on the day of the appointment.

Feedback

We welcome all feedback in relation to your visit to The Centre. Please do talk to either your practitioner or reception staff if you require anything. Alternatively, you can contact the Practice Manager, Shanagh Telford, by emailing shanagh@thecentre-petersfield.co.uk.

We look forward to being of help to you and your family now and in the future.
