Ellie graduated with a First Class Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent. Alongside her osteopathic training, she is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and integrates these skills into tailored rehabilitation plans to support her patients’ recovery and long-term wellbeing.

She developed a deep fascination with movement and performance during her training in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban. This inspired her interest in the mechanics of the human body and a drive to understand how we function. This passion continues to shape her approach to osteopathy and Pilates, combining clinical expertise with a practical understanding of how the body functions.

Ellie has experience treating people of all ages and loves helping people get back to their chosen activity, be it high level sport or daily activities such as gardening. However, her particular interest is working with performing artists.

Exercise has always been central to Ellie’s life. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, dance, Pilates, yoga, and swimming, and appreciates the physical and mental benefits of staying active. Having experienced first-hand the value of a trustworthy support system in sport, she is dedicated to providing her patients with the same trusted guidance at every stage of their journey.
