Aoife originally trained and worked as an osteopath for a decade, before resigning the title and training as a physician associate, and working in the NHS for 8 years. Aoife spent the majority of their NHS career working at the National Spinal Injuries Centre, supporting cord injured people from acute injury, elective surgical care to discharge and outpatients clinics.
Having left the NHS, Aoife returned to manual therapy, combining their musculoskeletal skills with the knowledge they learned in medicine and now has the privilege of helping a wide range of people, from elite and every day athletes to families and chair users.
