Abigail Pillans is the Director and founder of A.P Dance Collaborations. She holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and has toured across Scotland in classical Ballet’s such as Swan Lake, Giselle, and original contemporary works. Abigail has also worked with Yorke Dance Project as an Apprentice where they performed at the Royal Opera House’s Linbury Theatre in Sea of Troubles by Kenneth McMillan and Robert Cohan’s late works. Her choreographic talents have been recognized internationally, as she reached the finals of the Tanzolymp competition, and her choreography won her student a scholarship to a summer school in Japan.
At The Centre, Abigail runs the following classes:
Mondays – Ballet & Pilates Fusion
A welcoming class for all levels, blending Pilates exercises with soft ballet movement to build strength, alignment, and posture. The class will consist of mat Pilates and ballet barre exercises.Thursdays – Elegance & Flow
Elegance & Flow is designed for adults of all ages and offers a graceful, uplifting way to exercise both mind and body. The class focuses on mobilising and strengthening the body without the intensity of a traditional workout.Private 1-1 Sessions
Private 1-1 Ballet and Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs, focusing on the areas you would like to improve. Work at your own pace with expert guidance to build strength, alignment, and confidence.
