New Practitioners
Meg Browning
Craniosacral therapist Meg Browning grew up on an organic farm in Essex, developing an innate connection to the natural world and a deep understanding of the importance of environment, rhythm, and community in human wellbeing. She believes that for true peace, balance, and healing to occur, we must create the right internal and external conditions; held within safety, care, and connection.
In an increasingly fast-paced world, where many of us live in a constant state of sympathetic “fight or flight,” Meg views Craniosacral Therapy as a deeply grounding practice. CST supports the parasympathetic nervous system, our natural “rest and digest” state, allowing the body the space it needs to rebalance and restore. It works harmoniously alongside other therapies and remedies as part of a holistic approach to health.
Meg works with clients from newborn babies through to the elderly, supporting a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental stresses.
Meg works at The Centre on Wednesday afternoon.

Libby’s approach is calm, personalised, and grounded, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and not rushed.
Libby offers structured, personalised support for individuals experiencing burnout, chronic fatigue, and nervous system dysregulation.
Libby works at The Centre on Friday afternoon.
