Tai-robics
At the core of Tai-Robics is a greatly simplified 12-move tai chi sequence. You learn three moves in each class, starting slow, smooth and flowing. Then we put on some music and use the rhythm for helping the moves sink deep into muscle memory. Then we take it up a couple of levels to turn on fat-burning and cardio. Then we cool down and end up being guided through the whole 12-move sequence. You end the session feeling energised, refreshed and happy.
Tai-Robics is specially designed to cover the gaps in other systems. Its really unique feature is the way it dramatically improves your sense of body-awareness – how you stand, how you breathe, how you move. As well as fat-burn and cardio you will be amazed at how it improves your co-ordination and your quality of movement.
