Izzie is a certified yoga teacher with over four years of teaching experience, having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. Since then, she has continued to deepen her practice through ongoing study and advanced qualifications.
Inspired by her own journey through pregnancy and early motherhood, she went on to become certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She is passionate about supporting individuals through this powerful and transformative time with practices that are both nurturing and empowering.
Her teaching style is rooted in breath-led movement and offers a mindful blend of strength and softness, mobility and stillness. She teaches a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, and creates inclusive, supportive spaces where students can connect deeply with themselves and their bodies—wherever they are in life.
