Held Together – Mothers & Babies
Held Together is a gentle session for mothers and babies in the early months (from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling).
Ongoing weekly sessions, book week by week — you can attend once, or regularly, or drop in as you need.
Limited mother–baby pairs per session (babies 6 weeks to 6 months/pre-crawlers).
Each session includes baby massage guidance alongside breathwork, gentle (optional) voice work and relaxation for mothers, all held at a calm, baby-led pace. The series is designed to support bonding, confidence and nervous-system regulation, offering a quiet, supportive space for mothers and babies to arrive as they are.
It offers a quiet, contained space to settle together — without pressure to keep up, perform, or do things “right”. Each session moves at a baby-led pace, with space to pause, rest, feed, move, or simply be together. There is nothing to achieve, and nothing you need to prepare for in advance.
Who it’s for
This series is suitable for mothers with babies from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling (approximately 6 months). Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, fuss, stretch, move, or be held at any time. Mothers are gently encouraged to listen to themselves as much as they listen to their babies.
How the sessions are held
Held Together follows a familiar, gentle rhythm each week so both mothers and babies can settle over time. I demonstrate baby massage techniques, while mothers are invited to practise with their own baby in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for them. Across the four weeks, sessions may gently include:
- rebozo-inspired self-massage to support the maternal body
- gentle humming, vocal toning, or lullabies (always optional)
- simple baby massage, introduced gradually (one area each week)
- guided breath and relaxation for mothers
Mothers may be seated, lying down, or standing — holding or close to their baby — while I guide breathwork or relaxation. Everything is optional. You are always welcome to observe, pause, or rest.
