Group Mat Classes
My group mat classes offer an overall body workout in a small and friendly environment.
They blend the benefits of Pilates with my ‘Slings’ training so offer you the best of both worlds for your body’s movement requirements.
The classes vary from week to week and aim to bring a progressive challenge to you and your body with the use of small equipment, all of which is provided for you. All you need to bring is a mat! It is important that you work at a level that is right for you, so variations can be given and alternatives depending on your needs.
Group classes also give you a regular session to help keep you motivated if that is something you need and gives you the chance to chat and get to know others in class if you would like to.
The classes run as a block of six which you pay for in advance.
