DESCRIPTION:This is not a choir!\nIt’s an informal and inclusive drop-in singing group. Come and sing (or hum, or tap) simple songs – folk songs, traditional songs, songs inspired by nature/culture – with Zoe Flint, enthusiastic singer with a strong belief in the transformative power of group singing.\nSinging together can regulate breathing, relax the body, reduce stress, lift the mood and cultivate a sense of community and connection. No experience is necessary. As long as you can make a sound, you’re welcome.\nFirst and third Sunday of the month, 11.00am-12.00noon.\nNo charge but donations for room hire welcome.\n \n \n \n
